Farmer is getting death threats? For real or is this fake news and gaslighting................ if its true and not a bunch of BS then he better get the police and FBI involved
Read the YouTube comments. He is getting all kinds of threats. I am not defending the farmers behavior, but this video should have been left to the courts.

My shorthair finds the bird, and then typically makes me walk over to him and retrieve it. Nothing to brag about there, however when he gets out 100 yards in front of me and points a bird, holds his point and doesn't break until I get in range and let him break, it is the best experience of my hunt. Love me a quality pointing dog, but I do have to retrieve all my own birds....
Yep and thats exactly what they are supposed to do. I have even hunted with some pointers that will retrieve but they are not doing 300 yard blinds

Why do something you should not be. Im not a poacher so i dont have to worry about my dog being fast but i know he would pick up a bird and have it back while the shorthair is running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to just find the bird you poached. Any time you want to have a retrieving contest let me know we can video for every one to watch. Shorthairs are good at running big and a long time but they are not out retrieving a lab

its friday -A guy cant even BS a little on here -- nobody poached anything ---- relax.

Don’t know the man. Naturally though I’m going to side with the farmer from the point I don’t want to be videoed and put on the internet. He acted poorly but I don’t like how everyone is avoiding some major points in this case.

The kid has shot someone in the past. He shouldn’t have a gun. Wouldn’t be the first time a liberal judge let off someone who went on to commit other crimes.
FFS, I have been peppered with BB's before by a couple idiots 150 yards away from me. Did I want to kick there ass? Yes, but I don't think they deserved to have their guns taken away or charged with attempted manslaughter. Boy I really hope they didn't move on to start robbing banks or little old ladies.

No it hasnt, it’s illegal to film on private property without consent.
How are countless cctv videos used to convict crimes. I'm sure the criminals sitting in jail did not consent to being videoed committing their crimes

Dont come up with dumb scenarios than.
my old man had a permit --- and if my first shrthair was in the truck - it was given. He would let her out and she blind retrieve it may a couple yards into the posted or as you say poaching area ha. I am sure he couldnt take the crying of that dog if see seen a bird go up and then down.

You guys are way to serious. And you wonder who is threating the farmer.

I would of went to the bar in new rockford and bragged

Back in the day most chews invovled some tense moments not this guy he was a push over. Generally --- the farmer woiuld be armed he told you to leave he didnt take no for an answer nor did he drive off. Plus if he called law enforcement - it wasnt a g and f dude it was some deputy that was his close buddy. Nothing got reported by i can tell you -- you did what they said

If I was the land owners, I would sue the kids for monetizing a video without permission. They probably made 50k so far I would want my cut.
🤣🤣🤣 Good luck with that. You don't wanna be filmed then don't go up to a camera. They can film from where they had permission, this is the USA. You can take pictures of anything your eyes can see from where you have a legal right to be.

What are the ND laws pertaining to leasing land for hunting ? Sweere said in the video that the warden had mentioned there could be charges against the madman for that. He clearly had intentions to but I didn't realize you had to have a license or any other credentials to lease it out other than maybe extra insurance coverage. Either way I doubt those charges would stick without an actual money exchange.

My guess is nobody will be convicted of anything and in the end, Sweere will be a big money winner with his good footage leaving sportsmen and landowners pissed off at each others in one way or another.

I’m from Watertown but I now live in Mobridge. I know a couple who live in North Dakota now after college there. How much money is he going to make off the YouTube video. Guessing since it is a conflict video it will be demonetized like you tube likes to do to a lot of hunting and fishing and videos like this. Even if it isn’t your not making money like you see from the people making children videos that get multi million views.

Average income for small channels is $3/1000views. Larger channels are around $5/1000 views.

You need permission to film on private property. CCTV is either the private owners camera or the police. If the kids had permission to film a YouTube show they are fine. But if they just had permission to hunt I would expect the video to get tossed. Evidence has to be obtained legally. Or are you saying if I give someone permission to hunt they can film, drive the tractor, and take a cow home? According to YouTube policy the kids needed permission from the landowner to film the video and then they would need permission from the angry one to post it because it’s not a public domain.

You cant even film on PLOTS without permission. Walk in hunting access only. All other activities require landowner permission. I haven’t seen my land on YouTube yet, but if I do I’m gonna get me some money!

Hey! I've got a killer deal for you. You let me hunt your place and ill give you 75% of the money any videos from you property brings in. My average video makes about $8 :ROFLMAO:
If I put in my expenses, I'd bet on average I make like -$100 per video. #solidbusinessman
