I think infrared would be the ticket for fresh downed game that still retained heat. Put it on a drone and lost game would be a thing of the past. You can program routes and search patterns into the good ones.

I think they would also be good for farmers. They could document some crop damages, check your livestock (fly high enough not to spook them) and combined with infrared would detect trespassers. Also with the right filters they will show levels of photosynthesis that would tell you some things about crop growth.
