Looks like he sits alot on that haybail scoping out the preimeter.Curious is he or she comes up looking for handouts,they get like that once comfortable with human neighbors.

Actually this was the first time they have ever hung around in the yard , Their den is just north of that cabin someplace. The male has been around for well over a year marking his territory and has been fun to watch . I usually don't give handouts to carnivores but a pine marten was hanging around so I left him a treat once in a while then Mr Fox got wind of it and chased the Marten off , I was surprised that didn't go the other way around.

They hadn't been out of the woods for a week then they showed up again this morning. A high perch to keep a good eye on the pups .
