I'll be filling them out....but the ones they sent (waterfowl & furbear) all gonna get big fat zero's cuz I didn't get any...only thing I harverst this past fall was pheasants.

HHS sent me a letter about a health survey which I promptly filed in the round folder.

A chain-smoking doofus showed up at my door a couple weeks later (Saturday morning). I sent him on his way sans information. He sat out in his car for like 15 minutes afterward... probably "filling it out for me".

was this for deer?

I don't know if i have ever gotten one for deer. turkey and furbearer but those are the only ones i can recall. I would fill it out if it were me.
