Tourneys are fine in and of themselves. Not a darn thing wrong with good clean competition and sportsmanship. What puts many off about tourneys is the uncanny notion held by many tournament fishermen that they are somehow privileged to encroach upon, have preferential rights over, and are otherwise entitled to everything fishing when compared to non tournament fishermen. Which is why I go to great lengths to NOT be on the same water when there is a paying tourney going on.

My guess is 23.9 lbs for a winning weight.

Ha ha I was going to do the exact opposite and take the family fishing that day just to let them see how folks lose their minds on the river when tourneys roll around.

My guess 33.65 if she don't get to much dirtier if not it could be half that..
