Warrior 21foot with 225 Optimax, Top speed 55 after replacing fuel pumps two people in boat no jack plate. Maybe faster but was short run on Missouri. Mechanic was driving doing a test run. I usually do not go above 45.

2014 Yar 209 300 VRod (just sold) 64.4 best loaded to the nuts. All day long 61.5-62.2 No jackplate and 21 Tempest plus.

219/350 VRod set to arrive next week. Hope to hit 69 or so with best touching 70 (load dependent). Ordered with a 6 inch Atlas and 21 Bravo when a 22 is capable of moving the boat well but I wanted some more low end grunt for the bad days on the water at the expense of a couple MPH top end.

Yea I'd love to have white Mike's boat!
Was on the river south of Bismarck today, saw a couple of the new 350 621 rangers running around. Man I'd be scared to have my 620 down there, lots n lots of big stuff headed down river with these high flows. Got a chuckle out of my partner who said "if you can buy a 100k ranger you'd think you'd buy a 10k river boat for this mess". #$%^&>

If you can afford a 100K Ranger you can afford to use it on any body of water, and not dick around with a 10K river boat.

I'd rather use my old 17 foot tiller on the MO vs the 621 all day long. More piece of mind and way more fishability.

I have no doubt the boat actually went that fast, pretty hard to get the GPS to lie. I'm just wondering why/how he's left 1200 RPM on the table?

There's a gauge just to the left of the tach that is reading 6330. That seems more appropriate..

That's a Lowrance Multi-Function gauge. To get the RPM data to that gauge he's plugged into a NMEA port on the engine so it's likely right on. Must be something faulty with the analog gauge. Mystery 1/2 solved.

On another note, that much chine walk would scare the beejeebers outta me.

It is a faulty analog gauge. His smartcraft gauge is working. I know who it is and the boat screams!

This boat is sold. He has a new one now, her name is Tiffany.
