How to post photos?

I tried to post a couple sunset pictures into the Great Outdoor Picture thread from my iPad but need help! I took them with my iPhone and emailed them to myself, and saved them to my photos on my iPad but can't get them to post! ;:;banghead I have no problem posting pictures on my computers but struggle to do it on this. :;:help

I lost them on the transfer. Pretty disgusted with myself about that one. Still trying, though.
