Got a coyote Sat AM @ 1st light. Between 500-550, didn't range him, just know the area fairly well. The bottom of my center "plus sign" is 6MOA @ 5x which gives me a ~500yd dead-on hold when I'm not dialing. Got the vertical I wanted, pulled out front for a lead and squeeze. Hit him a bit far back so he spun a bit then laid down. I took the same hold (no wind) and put a 2nd one in the front half.

That's a 1:8 22-250 w/75's @3275 Kimber Montana w/2.5-10x42 NXS IHR reticle. I got it's twin in 22Creed put together today including a TBAC Ultra 5. 7.25# w/the can. I'll see what it can do over the next few days, hoping to be hunting w/the new combo this weekend.

^^^^Is this still just a 150yd caliber with more destruction?

Back in the '80's; Jim Carmichel claimed 6 grand with his collaborative .22 CHeetah in OL. I found it a difficult rd to research the last time I thought about it.

That is all.

Monday night we shot 11 in one stand. Yes, one stand. Ok fine, we shot 10 and then I killed 1 more as I was dragging all the carcasses into a pile.

My buddy shot the first one, then I shot then next 10 in a row.
We pretty much pulled an all nighter, and had 17 on the night.

Eleven in ONE SIT?!?! You did God's work saving all those deer...

Called the far left flier, lost concentration and torqued the trigger a smidge. ES of 9, SD under 5. Seems like it’ll probably work out OK.

Just wondering if they were worth the trouble of collecting the carcass after having fun.

Only if you want to tan one for yourself. In the pile of 17 the other night, there was a blonde-ish colored one that my buddy wanted to get tanned for his cabin. So he took that one and 5 others that we picked out with the best fur and smallest holes. He got $35 for the 5.

Is that because there is a lot on the market? Or because of the liberal woke mentality?

I have been following the Colorado Wolf reintroduction. What a cluster fluff that has been and will continue.
