What size. Of lithium bat. To run 2 graphs and lscope. It would be nice if i could use it ice fishing with it to. Main purpose is boat though. What size of wire to run to frront of boat. One graph could take power from starting battery if needed.

I run one graph and a ff unit off of a 30ah Amped lithium. Small enough to carry around ice fishing but big enough to run all day.

You just have to look at what the devices pull as far as power and you can figure out the battery size you need. For instance if your running a Helix 12, it pulls 3.2A. A 126sv pulls 2.5A, livescope is around 2A. So if you were running a Helix 12 and 126sv with livescope it would be just under 8A/HR. So if you wanted to be able to run for 10 hours you'd need an 80 AH lithium. I ran 8 gauge wire from my battery to a cutoff switch that my graph powers connect to.

Since I don't tourney fish...nor do I have a laundry basket to store walleyes at the bottom of a lake for future tourney weigh ins, I don't use the latest and so called greatest that the neighbor Jones have...kinda stick to drop shotting and lindy rigs for my share of eyes for the freezer. I seem to fool my share of eyes. You fellas knock yourself out tho going expensive. Just saying for the angler not wishing...or able...to go hi tech...walleyes are catchable. no matter the dollar amount spent to catch them.

I have a 130ah DL that’s I think smaller than a group 24 battery. It runs 2 Lowrance 12 and 2 9s and 2 AT boxes all day. Haven’t ever tried 2 days but for sure get you through a day. Just dedicated graph battery

So I'm told lithium batteries donot have memory like our gel batteries true? My source claims as lithium batteries age they fail to fully charge and at this stage burn thru power bars quickly.
Curious as my 12 month old lithium battery needs to be fully charged every 3 days ( used everyday) rather than every other week. New lithium battery damn expensive.
