As long as he is not scared of acorns he should be able to retire at that income

That could have been what it was..i just seen sheriff and $180k per year and was like wtf! I cant believe people are okay with that.
Have you managed multiple employees, a fleet of vehicles and equipment, deal with the scum of society, work in a high stress and potentially deadly work environment, on call basically 24/7, safety/concern of your county on your mind, etc etc? When you think about it like that it's not that outrageous.

Hey if your okay paying that by all means start a go fund me for him..i dont believe that type of salary is necessary for that position. Making as much as the Gov is not looking out for the peoples money. Shit the average deputy sheriff makes $70k..he is over double the rate. You can think its ok and justify it anyway you want but it will not change my mind. I believe Kelly lieben is around $160k a year and inwould argue he has alot more to do then GF sheriff...
Oh and to answer your question..why yes i have...

Posted my response above...nope he should make more then a deputy sheriff but not double nor as much as the GOV of the state.
The governor's salary is symbolic. The money in that role comes from friends in high places.

And? Doesnt change my opinion. $180K for a sheriff is not being a good steward of the peoples money and a great example of why our taxes are nuts..you think that position is the only overpaid position..it all adds up...again my opinion.
