If theres solid evidence she did it, I dont care how crazy she was feeling or what the reasoning was behind it, put her down and wrap it up quick IMO, of course that wont happen but it would save everyone a lot of hassle.

Beyond comprehension. Once again, we fail ourselves by not having the death penalty. It wouldn't have prevented this. It would have provided proper justice.

Here’s my hindsight take. She apparently had a gun and the husband, father of the kids, wrestled that away from her.
Why not take the kids away from her too? I know, I know, she would have called the cops and he would have been arrested for kidnapping.

I’ve said it multiple times before. There are people who very sadistically enjoy, even relish pain. No, it doesn’t make sense to the level-headed, but, that’s somewhat the point. What the level-headed consider to be the worst they can imagine might be sickly pleasurable to someone depraved enough to commit the acts at the heart of this thread. Anyone who’s worked any kind of lockup/prison doesn’t have to wait long to see an example of someone described above. This according to a family member who spent over 30yrs as a prison guard.

And so, back to what I was trained is perhaps the most fearful and stress inducing event a person can go through and live.

Intubated, paralyzed, not at all anesthetized. O2 turned down to keep them conscious and able to perceive the body’s overwhelming demand for O2, and yet 100% guaranteed absolutely 0 chance of being able to communicate that fear, dread, and utter helplessness.

It’s the only thing I think may impart a goodly portion of the fear and helplessness victims experienced at the hands of the perpetrator.

The above could also be SOP for pedophiles and rapists as far as I’m concerned.

If we wouldn't torture an animal, why torture a human? I get the desire to do it, I really do, but just put them down. Maybe do it pay per view with proceeds to victim's families? Cremate them and dump the ashes in a cities waste water treatment system. Not the last tank, the first one. The one with all the rubbers and tampons.

Anyone who’s qualified medically to actually do what I described above, never would.

The paralyzed without being anesthetized happens by accident on rare occasions, usually to someone who’s in an ICU that needs to be immobilized to heal properly. Somehow a dose of sedation gets missed and they experience everything except the purposeful low blood oxygen.
