South Dakota seems to be run better from a govt standpoint and take better interests in listening to what it's residents wants/needs are. It's the only other place I could see myself living in other than Saskatchewan.

I hunted in Saskatchewan many yrs. I always said it's like what. N.D. was like in the 60's and 70's. When I would stop at a farm to get permission to hunt. They always asked me in for coffee or lunch. It's been many yrs since I was asked that in N.D.

Yup, I hunted Whitetail up there in the early 70's. Awesome hospitality from the land owners. Then the Guides and Outfitters got involved.
