You can clearly see she is a winner of the asperger syndrome, unfortunately that isn't always going to work in stopping someone from having children. Then you have a congressman who "mistakenly" pulling the fire alarm to open a door, and some people who are in charge believing him.

I feel as though for the most part one should also have the means to raise a kid prior to creating one.
Free food, daycare, medical, and rental assistance is not part of the parenting process.
