I went out at langliers last Thursday. I used my kicker to get out of the bay and even with it trimmed up we were pushing through mud. I wont be using it again unless we get at least six inches rise.

There was a article on the Tribune about them opening up the Garrison spillway to test. Don't subscribe so couldn't read. Anyone know if this will have any significant out put?

Sorry, just saw this. But the answer to your question is pretty much no. They have done the math and will just be producing a little less electricity to balance everything out.
