I cant believe these people are concerned with a 3% cap. Wtf. This proves they have been so used to getting unlimited funds they cant fathom what a meager 3% increase will be like. Absolutely crazy!

Posted this a while back. We in Stark county are over billed to the point of it being a legal issue, but that doesn't matter what so ever, keep the taxes coming or the children will all die, and the boogie man will destroy us all
