I might think the super religious are funny, but I really don't care. I don't judge. I might laugh, but don't judge. Afterall, that's supposedly somebody else's job in the end.
"Super religious", is that like being super pregnant? I always thought a person either was a Christian or they aren't, I was not aware of varying degrees.
This is what starts petty bullshi'ite. We all have bigger fish to fry.
This is not a new trend, as society changes, so do the religions...tomorrow jesus, allah, and mohamed will be talked about just as Odin, Horus, and Zeus are today.
My comment was made with tongue in cheek....couldn't find a smiley for that so went with the big grin. Was not intended to start any crap.

Religion is a byproduct of fear. For much of human history, it may have been a necessary evil, but why was it more evil than necessary? Isn't killing people in the name of God a pretty good definition of insanity?"

"Religion is based . . . mainly on fear . . . fear of the mysterious, fear of defeat, fear of death. Fear is the parent of cruelty, and therefore it is no wonder if cruelty and religion have gone hand in hand. . . . My own view on religion is that of Lucretius. I regard it as a disease born of fear and as a source of untold misery to the human race." [Bertrand Russell]
