Supposedly these jokers have been ripping people off and a class action was filed, now you can get 25 bucks or 50 in product if you have purchased any of these cans.

The total payout has a cap at $8M cash and $4M in product vouchers.

That means it will only take 320,000 people to cover the $8M and then they start to split it up. With how much press this has had and social media, people will be lucky to get $1 back. Starkist will pay more in paperwork, documentation, and shipping then the $8M in cash.
