Wet opener---who is taking the rain on?

Maybe I got a bad batch but the extractor " rips" the brass in a tiny slot and the brass ends up krinkled ( sorry for lack of proper term) and the next round won't fire. This is the only ammo it does it with and I have run off cases in the around through it. Cleaned almost after every hunt. I'm guessing bad batch of ammo then

Yes indeed! That gun put a lot of meat on the table back in the day. Father in law had 7 siblings and a coal miners pay did not go far in SE Ohio back in the 20s and 30s.
