Used to be a huge fan of Tatanka Dust, but I believe they have fallen behind the curve, or perhaps other brands have caught on and easily surpassed them. Traegers Blackened Saskatchewan is one, careful on how much you put on a steak though. Hardcore Carnivore's Black is my current favorite.

Whatttt? tatonka dust is available again?
yep, been back in production for a couple few years now. There has been a slight change in the recipe IIRC so it's not exactly the same as it was, but it is very close and still very good.

Bought some a few years ago, neither my wife or I were impressed. It sat in the fridge until a couple months ago when it took up residence in the trash can.
