I have some of that in the yellow container. How hot is the red one johnr?

Depends on how thick you layer it on, it is noticeably hotter, to much for my kids that is for sure.

They were huge like scallops, too. Actually bought them in Canada, straight from the commercial nets of Lake Winnipeg. They were awesome, just love the texture of cheeks!

You're never going to believe it, but only around $10 for a big vacuum sealed bag that filled up both these pans. I almost felt bad about eating them when I thought how big some of these walters must have been, but then when you taste them you forget all about that in a hurry! ;)
