Wife's working so IDK leftovers. Unless she wants me to cook up a piece of ham. I cut our Xmas ham up since its just us in our bubble.

New Year's Eve is king crab, lobster, shrimp and chicken wings. Apps are dried beef roll-ups, hummus, chicken liver pate, spicy tuna rolls, guacamole, chips and sauce. Everything but the chips and sauce are homemade by me. Oh, and lots of alcohol.

We plan on leaving for Indian Creek at about 6 am, so likely an early to bed night for mrs johnr and me too.

For appetizer, fried cheese and spinach stuffed ravioli with a roasted red pepper/tomato dipping sauce. A juicy rare grilled ribeye steak for the main course.

Some apps then steak & lobster later paired with some good cab. Possibly a Crown & Coke mixed in. Likely won't see 11 PM. Sucks to get old! Happy New Year to all NDA members!!
Cheers!!

Got a few requests from the kids. Looks like pretzel bites in a variety of flavors and boneless honey bbq wings for them. I'll probably deep-fry some wings I smoked a few weeks back and shake 'em in some buffalo sauce. Wanted Italian Nachos too, but pushed those off until tomorrow. Mexican Cokes for them, too many beers for me.
