Going to a ice fishing tournament Saturday and need to find big smelt in minot?? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks, scheels didn't have anything today.

Local fresh over size any day. If I was in your shoes I'd be at the tailrace right now on shore with a dipnet scooping up whatever floated by, or on Sakakawea with micro jigs and a vexilar pullin smelt thru the ice. I'll take a 4 inch fresh over a twelve inch store bought any day.
