Headed for the deep freeze

Looking ahead to the weekend and into Christmas its gonna be a cold one!! First real cold snap of the year. Good for making ice, bad for traveling. Might be a good time to double check the winter survival kit in the vehicle.

I am happy so we don't hear "bring in the cold so that the ice thickens". The water I have been on is plenty thick. I will put money on it when the temp drops to 15 minus and the wind blowing I won't see a soul on the ice.

now they talkin big ole storm next week - - to dump and dump ----- so that takes out the wheel houses. The 30 below will take out the portables and the wheel houses will get stuck. Heading south
