Have any of you frozen the leftovers after a fish fry ? how does it turn out ?

I have done it. Best to reheat is a air fryer or oil fryer i have found

throw them in with some eggs and scramble them together the morning after

I like leftover fish cold the next day. Never have much leftovers though.

Never had leftovers from any fish fry at Ft KDM. Any fish not immediately consumed upon removal from the grease is fought over by the fish fry participants in the "Cold Fish Octagon" ie, the kitchen, like rabid, unrepentant gladiators clawing their way from the brink of starvation. A fish fry here is a "bring your own tupperware" type of gathering and the rules are well understood. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
