4 tomorrow morning. Guy in Canada said to early some snow yet. but we are off. Maybe water frozen so will ride on top.

I just hope we come back the same way with the same stuff as we went with besides the horns. db

Made it back.
Was told no snow but that was not right. Could not get back to our normal camping spot due to snow and in fact had to trim some trees to get through snow.
Got there Friday night and Saturday morning on our first pick ran into 3 others then 2 others. Had other shed hunters come visit us at camp. Previous never seen anyone. Our normal spots had all been picked with snowmobile and atv tracks. We have a tuff time walking in this so not sure how they drove. Five of us and one dog pick all day at one spot and only 4 sheds.
So a game changer and went looking for new spots with not a lot of success. Still found 150-160 sheds. Maybe my first one to score over 90 but not sure how to score a shed antler.
Rain and lost a good day to that but help with snow. No longer any dancing ladies allow up there. Cold at night. Canadian beer so-so. One picture of 6 years of same deer (long beam, 6 pointer) with one side this year his seventh. That one scores 81. Have a number of repeats.
And with all that, memories in the memory bank with son, buddy and his son, dog and one young Canadian kid. PRICELESS Will sent some more. db

That's really cool, DB! What do you do with all of those? There's probably some market value I would think...I tend to give my friends' dogs the small sheds I find or the antlers off smaller deer we shoot.

Wow, does that look like fun. Maybe someone sniffed out your stomping grounds off the interweb? :;:huh

Thanks for sharing DB! Great adventure no matter what happened.....and some really cool sheds to go with it! A guy probably gets jaded when you expect huge sheds in big numbers, but an outsider (me) will tell you that haul is REALLY cool! Thanks again! I'd love an invite next time though haha ;:;bowdown
