better off waiting a few years for FSD anyway, then you can sleep while your car drives you to your destinationI test drove a new Toyota recently. It was a nice ride, right up until I wanted to try and figure out the infotainment system. All I wanted to do was switch it over to FM radio and it had me cursing Toyota right up until I turned around at the Menoken exit on I-94.
I may have been distracted by the sight of not one, but two clear drug busts going on within 3 miles of each other on I-94, but I did give the salesman an honest review of the infotainment complexity. His response "they're pushing people to tie their phone into the radio". Last time I checked, we weren't supposed to be playing with our phones while driving. I also refuse to purchase a SiriusXM subscription.
They'll then charge you a fee every month to use the radio.I test drove a new Toyota recently. It was a nice ride, right up until I wanted to try and figure out the infotainment system. They are definitely pushing the Sirius radio stuff. I imagine they get a kickback from Sirius for every subscription to a Toyota vehicle. They'll then charge you a fee every month to use the radio.
I have not yet been presented with a scenario that makes me want to own a self-driving vehicle.better off waiting a few years for FSD anyway, then you can sleep while your car drives you to your destination
Depends how much you talk em downHow much is Sirius now?
If you keep going, they will follow. I got my sales persons down to 7$ a month. 84$ a year for Sirius.I don’t use it, my kids like kids bob etcYou can 100% talk it down. I have the package with sports, music and comedy. My wife's 2021 Edge has just music. Together they are $120 a year. In a couple of months I will get an email saying in June it's going up to say $400 or something like that. Just before it goes up, I call the number, tell them to shut that shit off, let them make a couple of offers that I say no to, then when they get down to what it was, I say leave it on. Her Edge is 5 years old, so been doing that since her free trial stopped and we put it on the same plan as my pickup.
