The bottom part should come out nicely. The top part has such a sharp angle to the bottom of the dent on the left that it will leave a line. If you have an air brush and can blend that small line that you will see after can taken out with a small amount of grinding, or paint removed and blended with body filler, then painted. The big discount they should give you would make it worth working on yourself.
I made a large round faced mallet out of lead (10 pounds ) and did this years ago with a 1979 Mazda GLC. Took off the inside panel, removed the glass, and beat it out from the inside. I put the handle for the mallet on the back end not the side like a hammer. There is perhaps a name for that, but I don't have a clue what it is.
