if it was mine id bring a small jack hammer with a spade bit and dig around and under the house,keep upward pressure and sooner or later itll snap free. theres im sure 30 inches of ice so i wouldnt dig any deeper than nessesary.

The day we extracted ours we had a resort house close to us and I could just about imagine what they were thinking while we were using the electric mini-jackhammers against the frame. It was frickin' loud!!! Have you ever tapped rocks together while you were underwater? Sound travels through water much better than air.

Tomorrow hopefully is the end of the saga. Ice is melted off the bottom. Just have to winch it the rest of the way off the hole we cut and drag it to the landing on the frame as the electric over hydraulic lift system isn't functional after the flooding. Fingers crossed that nothing unexpected pops up!
