Them Canyon coolers look pretty interesting. Cheaper and lighter than everything else

For just one dollar more you could buy your grandpa a log splitter and your daughter a wedding dress. Shame on you guys.

Shorty, off topic, but are you still all worked up about below normal temps for this summer? Did you get your fishing in without seeing your breath?

Bad summer for this guy -- or good I guess one could say as I made it through the narrow % ---- end of june i worked out at the gym and on the way home it was lights out --- woke up 5 days later breathing tube down my throat looked over at the wife and said WTH -- not exactly "said" -- anyway I made it 100% back and finally got to fish last weekend. I will take any warm temps you have for us though. Top was up last weekend on DL.

As a comment to the coolers, another really good option at a better price is Pelican coolers. Pelican is a knock off of nobody. I've used their products for work and they are as tough as it gets. Their warranty is better than Yetti, and oh yeah...they're made in the good ole USA! I have not spent time comparing, but they keep ice for a very long time.

I, against my better judgment, and cheapness did purchase a Yeti 65. I received a Yeti tumbler for my birthday from my children, thing is an absolute ice keeping machine, so I decided to take the plunge.

I spent many an hour condemning the fools who are easily separated from their money on these gimmicks.
Well I am eating crow, as I am part of the foolish crowd, and tell you what it is a fantastic cooler. I sure didn't need it. I don't need most things I have purchased. mrs johnr is happy that her bud light limes are available, and cold all weekend long, cause prior to this purchase they were too, but now they are coming out of a Yeti...haha,
