Humminbird Transducer Exchange

I need to exchange my transducer for a different one and was wondering if I need to call them first or if I can just box it up and send it to them with a note.

I registered the depthfinder online and have been trying to call them all day and just getting busy signals.

I would wait and get a Return Authorization number, or see if you can get an RA # by filling something out on their website. Normally they'll want to do a little troubleshooting on the phone before you send something in.
