I'd have to be stoned out of my mind to even pretend to care about politics.

Ok suppose this does pass. Said "stoner" gets in accident, causes severe bodily harm to someone on the other end. Are they going to haul stoner in for piss test to see if it was a contributing factor to the accident ? It's legal now to drive around all smoked up? Shouldn't be an issue then right ?
Bullshit in my book. . .

It's illegal now. I'd say not much would change in that aspect.

What I'm saying is if it does pass, it will be legal to drive around spaced out of your gourd because everything is legit now. Chalk it up as a no fault accident? fuck that.!

pretty sure its illegal now to drive around stoned, although there are people that drive stoned everyday with no issues. not really the same as being drunk.

This is not how it works. Just because it would be legal to own and use, it won't be legal to drive while impaired.

MN is piloting a roadside saliva-based test to go along with officer observations for marijuana.

I don't care about the word count, it's the content that matters. If Dr. Drew spoke for 5 hours or 5 seconds instead it wouldn't change my mind. Or any of the other videos - there's no solid data presented to support any of it. If there was, I'd consider it all. But there's not.

There are new tests that detect use of MJ in the last 24 hours. With legalization there has been a rapid development in ways to test impairment. I'd post a link but you wouldn't open it anyway.

Again, do some basic research and present the supporting data.
When did you get so feminine and snotty?
