Meter'd Braid Fishing Line

Has anyone tried this? Better alternative to line counters or just a pain in the tookis ?

I think it's a pain in the rear!! On windy days or a hot bite I don't want to be sitting there counting colors while I'm trying to control a boat or catching fish on other rods!! Just my opinion and God knows I'm no pro!
