ND CCW Permit Moving Out Of State

I have a class 2 ND CCW permit and I will be unfortunately moving to MN. Can I mail an address change and my ND permit will continue to be valid? It’s not clear on the State page how this process works.

When I moved from AZ my permit was still good until it expired then I was supposed to start the process all over again in ND.

Your ND Class 2 is not valid in Mn for concealed carry it needs to be Class 1.
I would think you can send in for an address change but not sure. If so it still isn't good enough for Mn.
