I'd find the step handier for getting in/out of the front when the boat is on land and you need to clean, re-arrange, rig wiring, install rod holder bases/plates, etc.

I doubt there's a need to hook that boat up prior to pulling out of the water. It's heavy enough that once on the bunks, it's not going anywhere as long as you don't have Ashley Force driving the tow vehicle.

Akaline many summers ago. I believe a skeeter. I was finishing cleaning my boat out after pulling up ramp. I heard a terrible noise. Big Ole fiby glass sitting on ramp. We had to push that thing in the water and then they reloaded it. Don't know if it Leaked. Engine trim was wacked

Alkaline is a pretty steep ramp to try to get out without hooking up the bow.

Lol. I also figured this was about some sniffling baby or new carpet wrecking dog and avoided clicking on it for a while like the grinch at Christmas. Glad I finally broke down. She's a beauty Clark!

Here is a better picture of the steps. Not sure who makes them though. Might be an ez loader piece.

I called a couple dealerships. They are an EzLoader piece but you can't find them on their website. River City in Bismarck said shipping was a killer. They are like $250 before shipping and $200 shipping. I will prob make my own for that money's

Zogman the motor cam with a 21p tempest plus so I am assuming the same prop as your neighbor.

Sweeny, the fastest I have had mine going so far during break in was 52 mph at 5600rpm. Still have quite a bit of trim and rpm to go. With the weather last weekend I didn't get a chance to let it stretch it's legs. Can tell you with a full load and 62 gallons of fuel it rockets out of the hole. My buddy runs a 2121 with a 300 and I saw 58mph riding with him. Believe he was running a 4 blade 23p at the time.

62 gallons of gas with 4 guys are a lot of weight. Personally I like getting up on plane quickly as opposed to more top speed. Thats just me.
