Lion loins on the grill are very good. Buddy got a couple of them and we had the loins. I am still waiting to get one and probably never will.

Lion is pretty good- but I still prefer the distinct taste of Coyote.

Sounds like a lot of paper work --- I though one could tree - shoot and let a shorthair or two stand around for a pic and then let them decide the cuts they want for a couple weeks supper.
