My 2, normally not dipsticks, voted no also. I might have to ax them about that. Both of my dipsticks voted no. Typical.

If that’s the case, why have seasons, tags, or limits. If an animal owned by the public is on your land just kill it.. I could care less what a person does on their private land but when it comes to killing public wildlife I think there should be some rules. That is all.It was never about baiting or ethics.
By what authority does GnF have to encroach upon freedoms on private property?
Obviously filming yourself hunting and fishing then putting it on social media is the right way to seal a good day in field or on the water. Makes a guy feel way better than just cleaning or filleting a good days catch. What happened to just going hunting or fishing and having good days or bad.. not everything in life is a guarantee. Now it’s just a game to see how many likes or subscribers you get. Ruined hunting in my opinionOk so what's this divine/ethical way that you've chosen should be the righteous way to hunt? Do you use a sharp stick, or possibly a rock? Or are you the suppressed newest cartridge out there kind of guy or possibly the $3,000 compound bow kuiu camo stalker type? You probably think food/bait plots though are fine and dandy.
I mean you put yourself on quite the pedestal with your ethics and judgement of other hunters.
Well I have news for you, the vast majority of folks in this country don't think any type of hunting is very ethical. So you'd best just hunt the way you want and let others do the same because causing division in the hunting community is about the last thing a person should be doing in this day and age. United we stand, devided we will surely will fall.
Hunting and fishing began self destructing when it hit television. The internet, cell phones, small cameras, and guides beat and raped an already dead horse.Obviously filming yourself hunting and fishing then putting it on social media is the right way to seal a good day in field or on the water. The people through legislative governance vote seasons, tags and limits. We hire the GnF to enforce/manage those laws. If an animal owned by the public is on your land you cannot just kill it, that is poaching. However, get a license, kill it, it becomes yours. If that’s the case, why have seasons, tags, or limits. are you referring to Brock ” I’m the best charter captain you will ever meet in your mother fucking life” that was arrested in Florida ? He definitely has the same personality that we witnessed here and he has not been heard from since the boating incident, coincidence I think not.Has anyone seen or heard from Brock Wahl since this happened?
A couple of days before the House Floor vote April 11th, Brock dropped a flyer on all Representatives desks. The usual Saskatchewan studies of mule deer numbers going down because of CWD.Has anyone seen or heard from Brock Wahl since this happened?
Being able to feed them for an extra 6 months definitely won’t hurt populations, that’s for sure.good deal fellas now that we can feed em the population should bounce back in no time
You just summed it up perfectly with your last sentence. But to each their own.
The part many people who have an issue with feeding always seem to not understand is supplemental feeding helps the herd and overall deer numbers in general areas as a whole. The surrounding area usually has higher populations which benefit all surrounding landowners both private and public alike. Also imho is the key reason we have a booming Turkey population in our state. Look at where turkeys winter. It’s either in livestock feed yards or around food plots/feed areas where guys into feeding deer heavy. A lot of people who invest time and energy into deer also are heavy into predator management as well. Without that i don’t think we would have nearly the amount of turkeys we do now. I honestly think the “ethics” reason against feeding:hunting over feed stems directly from jeleousy but most fail to see the overall benefit to an areas populations.Being able to feed them for an extra 6 months definitely won’t hurt populations, that’s for sure.
I know we could feed 365 days a year prior to this passing but stopped wherever I wanted to hunt at well before season and so did 99% of people in restricted units so the deer didn’t have access from September-January. Does keeping deer healthier with supplemental feed including high protein feed and minerals year around negatively impact their survival rate? I highly doubt it.
Man, or woman for that matter, you are a different type of D-bag. Congratulations to you. Well done.yep dont you remember when we all a greed n voted that a fella can only shoot 5 mallerds n one pintail n ya gotta use steel not led shot think next we the people vote that a fella can use a 22 lr fer deer cheaper to shoot
Agreed completely.. idk the number of dollars we’ve dumped into helping feed local herds but it’s not a small figure.. local sportsmen are hauling bales and grain and pushing 3+ feet of snow in fields down to the ground so deer and birds alike can browse better. It’s also those same sportsmen that are calling and running trap lines to try and lower predator numbers.. in high deer destiny areas around us you can clean out a coyote pack, not hear any for 2-3 nights and then 2 packs move in and keep raising hell. Coyotes kill a lot more adult deer than people give them credit for.. especially when there’s a decent chunk of snow on the ground. The part many people who have an issue with feeding always seem to not understand is supplemental feeding helps the herd and overall deer numbers in general areas as a whole. since you said diffrent im gonna go ahead n assume thats a compliment thank u sirMan, or woman for that matter, you are a different type of D-bag. Congratulations to you. Well done.
Say what you want but the reason that most people bait deer has nothing to do with saving the herd. They want to kill the biggest buck they can with their bow for their YouTube video or Facebook account. The dumbasses that say oh it makes for an ethical shot.. blah blah blah.. not true. Most of these people would never even get a shot because they wouldn’t know what a trail was or how to pattern a deer without the corn pile. That is the honest truth. The guys making food plots and habitat are much different than the ones I am talking here. Unless they are in the group that kill ( #1 on their hit list, that was a 5.5 year old named Mac that they passed on at 3.5 years. Yadda yadda dumbasses) .. the ones I’m talking about put out 6 corn piles late summer with cameras and know the exact minute to be out there to kill a certain deer and then stop the corn pile after they kill. The part many people who have an issue with feeding always seem to not understand is supplemental feeding helps the herd and overall deer numbers in general areas as a whole.
