Fully aware. We need less gov mint in our lives not more. They will try to regulate and tax it anyway possible. There is no problem anywhere in ND where a guy can't get weed within a hour max.

I wouldn't think about buying off the streets with all the crap they can spray on some bad weed to "spice" it up. I want THCV to eat if possible or drops that you put under your tongue. I want it from a controlled environment and know exactly what I am getting and the potency. THCV extract doesn't even get you high but still illegal for some reason. THCV is worth a google for anyone who is curious enough.

Bath salts and synthetic drugs are included in his numbers because of the medical coding system , there is no category for them so they are reported under marijuana. They are by far the majority of the numbers in the emergency room visits. His BS numbers are akin to the covid reporting system.

That's a good question . I shun synthetics and all I know about them is the danger. Cannabinoid receptors are complicated , I don't understand them other than they exist. There is a ton of information out there that I've glanced at but I haven't dove down that rabbit hole.

I may be wrong, but when I think synthetic cannabis, I think bath salts. Too many bad stories about both.
Starting to think the undecideds are going to swing this to a FAIL. But hey, the VOTE YES folks can bring it again, and again, and again, and again and again, and again....which now has me undecided on Measure #2.

Don't shoot the messenger, since I have no issues with the legalizing mj for medical reasons and that more research needs to be done for those LONGTERM habitual users. I'm not a fan of high potency mj use and since I haven't smoked the herb for over 20 yrs, the high potent was a rarity for north dakota users. I still believe that just like alcohol has a limit on percentage so should mj especially if studies provide us with information it has an effect that can lead to psychosis is some which this study has found. It's just too early for conclusive evidence to say that it does or doesn’t but with every new study that is done the better informed society comes. There is no doubt that overall consumption of alcohol has decreased dramatically over the decades either because of the information that is available or the fact that they realize that the days of getting a ride home from the local leo after being pulled over while impaired are over. The fact here is that the federal government is dragging their feet to drop mj down a couple pegs allowing even more studies to be done is frustrating to say the least. But the high potent and vaping of pure thc is alarming to me especially when little actual data is scarce to those people like me who are curious about what is.

I absolutely despise cigarette smoke!! ( I don't really like any smoke but can tolerate most types other than cigs ) When the man, in all "his" wisdom, decided to "ban smoking indoors" at restaurants I voted NO on that. Even though eating out is much more enjoyable now, personal preferences should never be trumped by mandates/laws by the man.

I hate, hate, HATE government sticking their nose in private business owner's business. If the owner of the business doesn't want smoke in their restaurant, they can absolutely put up no smoking signs. It's an individual choice, just like whether or not you choose to smoke weed.
