^^^^There is controversy. Some say it was a non-sense track like BTO's "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet" which was saved:

Sorry guys I voted yes of course since I believe that north dakota should be the ones to decide what the people should do. Hopefully trump will keep his promise and force the federal government to change the schedule to a 2 or 3. Until then north dakota will continue to oppose it because like it or not we are a population of conservatives who believe in the rule of law and no one wants to worry about the federal government.

On a personal note my plan is to open my own growery once the laws are changed but right now I'm not prepared for this. 2025 is going to be huge for me personally and I don't want to get into too much detail quite yet.

might have passed if that dipshit wasnt being paid to scare and lie to so many impressionable people... I didnt figure it would pass, with our current political environment, people arent in the mood to experiment with major changes.

I agree, had the same people who were able to get 60+ percent of the population to agree with medical purposes had the same game plan with recreational. At the end of the day I still believe north dakota is too ultra conservative to allow recreational use to be allowed in our small town communities. Let's hope that the federal government makes the right decisions to relax the laws now, so that we can get the state to see that money can be made that can be beneficial for all of North Dakota.
