Had an Access on my last truck: 18 years and the only issue was the velco on the sides was starting to get a little wore out. Parked in a garage so I don't know what it would have looked like with 18 years in the sun. New truck has had an Access on it for 4 years now.

I have a truck with access on it parked outside at all times. 9 years old and zero issues. I think if the velcro was open to the sun at all times it may be an issue but as long as it's closed and not exposed to direct sun most of its life it should be fine.

Are those things really like $2400? Are they hand made by the king of France?

They can be found for less. There are a couple different models. They are hand made, albeit by hard working North Dakotans. Buy once, cry once.

Glad they are made in ND, but my god that's pricey for what it is. Thing should unload my truck box for that price.
They look really nice though!
