Mine is down this year by a total of $1,247.00
What changed for Burleigh County tax portion to go down $ 260.00 ? without that I would only be down $987.00

They moved a part of the burden over to sales taxes. I don't know if that qualifies as "shuffling" for you, but it's one of the options so many used in their argument against property taxes over the years. So, I guess it's just another poison since the bills have to get paid, one way or another.
