Went down for a couple hours on oahe this morning. Fog rolled in and as I was heading out took this shot. Took the shot more so to freak out some southern guys i know but with the fog it turned out pretty cool. The pic is in color it was just so dreary it doesn't look like it.

Awesome picture. Even as a seasoned ice fisherman that still freaks me out. The super clear ice between the sheets makes it look very scary.

How'd you do? I heard some guys did pretty good today at sundown. Heard of a pig caught today also.

I had never fished this area before so kind of winged it. Think I was a touch off where I needed to be since I had a big push of fish for about 45 minutes as they pushed off the shallows into the deep but then nothing. They were pretty lock jawed so only got one hooked but lost at hole and one other bite. Didn't help that I had one rod break a tip and a dead stick that managed to tangle into a giant cluster F*** that even a spider would have been proud of in the matter of two seconds. Unfortunately it was a little to dark to get much info from the camera other the seeing the glow of their eyes when they came through.
