Boil your breasts in chicken broth, remove when done and dice up. Return to pot add Campbells Spicy Nacho Soup (2 cans for this batch). A can of Rotel and some black beans and Mexicorn. Sprinkle some shredded cheese as you go. I usually add extra cheese and sour cream when serving. The colorful tortilla strips are good when I can find them.
