Isn’t that driven by or on request of the city of Bismarck?
Not in city limits or even within the extraterritorial areas of Bismarck. Even if it was requested by the county it still is approved by the G & F

So I'm a "small minority bully"
I dunno are you?

You, Sir, feel like "lock-down" when in fact we should be nothing more than aware of the issue.
I think Covid makes a poor analogy and comparing “lock downs” to baiting bans is kind of funny.

"Believe me because....." and "You're an idiot because...." isn't enough for me.
Where have I said either of those things? And yes, facts aren’t enough for some of you guys. Especially for many of you who hunt over bait. I get that.

Again, I’m under no illusion that I’m going to change minds with a handful of guys here. But again, lots of eyes on these discussions.

I have never hunted over bait. Bait hasnt been allowed in SD for decades. So we should not have cwd if bait is the causation

I can’t see what Brock says anymore because I blocked that fucking kookaid drinking idiot but trust me guys just stop engaging with him. He’s being paid to spread a false narrative. He will private message you and argue with you. Basically internet stalk you. It’s not worth it. At this point ignore the idiot. Continue to spread the word or reality we know and live. Continue to press your local reps about how fucking idiotic this whole situation they created is. Explain to those who don’t know yet or pay attention. Make sure everyone(including landowners) know that BHA is heavily involved in pushing this. Let these koolaid idiots talk to themselves out of jobs. I work with 2 non-farming landowners and another ranch manager. We had a nice long discussion about this issue and I assure you the message Brock is trying to push isnt being received well. Neither is the “trust the science, and common folks dont get it” rhetoric. None of them followed CWD real closely but we’re very skeptical to start. but when I filled them in with details they all got pretty pissed off. Keep it up Brock. Dont shit where you eat.

Baiting isnt the issue. It’s the entire premise of the whole created situation and money grab. They want to use “baiting” as a way to tie opponents to an emotional response therefore discrediting anyone who opposes or questions. When in reality none of it adds up and we are calling bullshit. These people are straight up using democrat tactics of fear mongering and gaslighting.

Just so it’s clear, despite what my good buddy Trip says. I am a volunteer.

Wind Cave National Park (no hunting or baiting) is south of Custer State Park South Dakota. It has a high fence around it. The elk population has CWD and is growing. So, the feds took the fence down in spots and used helicopters to chase hundreds of them out.

Where was the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies "best management practices"?

Do as we say, not as we do.

Yes. I called it depredation but apparently the G&F calls it herd reduction. It is a fact that there are very few deer in the area around Apple Creek Wildlife management area so why continue a herd reduction in an area that basically is close to a non existent herd. I forgot who are we to question the " experts"

CWD is real. North Dakota doesn’t have much to show for it being a major problem.

Some of you think that means there doesn’t need to be control measures. Some of you think that means control measures work.

Therein lies the difference. There’s really no need to be dickheads about it.

The game and fish can’t win this one. If they do nothing, they are violating the trustee relationship as the caretaker of the deer herd’s health. If they implement controls, they have critics complaining. The barrage of opinions and misinformation doesn’t help.
