I was wondering if anyone has seen these set ups up close and if so would you recommend on buying. These run 650$ vs tracks 1500 to 2500$
I guess just looking for some research on this product.

Had them on a wheeler at work, they are ok, but they won't fit on a narrow trailer with sidewalls. Where are you finding tracks for 1500-2500?

Used tracks which most likely need lots of work, so why are they just OK ,there is a j wheelz set on Craigslist for 300 and thinking of contacting them. Thanks for the post JMF

Bought a replacement tent for my voyager, I decided to go full thermal Jason Mitchell. Did set me back 300$ but I hope it makes it worth while for old man to ice fish some more. Also nilsusa and icegator have merged together, atleast that is what the word on the streets.

I am thinking about getting a Jason Mitchell for my Voyager TCX also. Did you just have to buy the tent to make it work? Nothing wrong with my TCX tent just thinking the full thermal will be nice on those windy days. Have you tried to sell your old tent yet? I would thing there are some people out there with old voyagers that would want a good used TCX for a good price?

Good morning 4buck, I have not had the opportunity to put the tent on but what I can tell from the dimensions they are a exact measurements. What sucks is you have to order through a authorized dealer, can't order the tent yourself. I would love to be able to sell the tent but unless that person has a tcx tent and needs a replacement it will only work if the were able to modify the skeleton because it is a bigger diameter. I would like to say welcome 4buck and encourage you to share often as you want to. There are some lurkers, that encourage to come out of the shadows and share your passion for the outdoors.:;:cheers

yes - and an anchor at end of the cable that you can drop into a hole in the ice that you drilled with your auger

drill a hole not quite all the way threw the ice at a bit of an angle away from stuck vehicle. take about a 3' piece of 4x4 and put it in the hole and attach winch/come-along cable to it at ice level. when done, make sure to drill the hole the rest of the way threw so someone doesnt break a leg by stepping in it.

I have thrown a 4x4 and come-along in the bottom of my sled for my lake winnipeg trips in fear of gettting my snowmobile stuck in slush but luckily have not needed to use it yet.

Looks like you can order right from the Clam website, I have it in my cart but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Was wondering if I have to order the $15 dollar U-Channel for the Thermal X? I think all Voyagers are the same size.

Interesting because when I tried to buy online earlier this summer, the website wouldn't let me. I am hoping for a easy replacement with no extra parts.

Has anyone used these setups for your vexilars, I have never seen one personally but seems to be well made.

I love mine. I'm in Minot, if you want to see it. Be sure to get the long one. It doesn't Pack as nice, but your neck will thank you. I messed up my Jason Mitchell tent last year. If anyone has an extra Voyager sized tent and want it gone, I could help you.

I have a Voyager TCX tent that is in real good shape no tears or burns that I am thinking about selling, if you are interested let me know. It's 3 years old, hoping it's worth around $100?

So after this last project of the year for work, I get to be lazy and collect unenjoyment till spring. I bought a few years back a 97 polaris 500 from whopperking's dad. "Thanks whopperking's dad" There is a lot of enclosures you can buy online but was looking at this video and will try to copy this design. Any of you guys who have a 4 wheeler used an enclosure bought from a prefabricated design.

I like the way he shows the steps to making the frame and with aluminum will be quite light. As far as heat goes I believe will be a later decision down the road. Since I don't have a heated garage time will be limited, but my boss told I can use the company shop whenever I want to. So that's a plus.
