I had a PO Box for address for years until the changes came about for the 911 emergency system from the state. I thought everyone who lived in the country was assigned a street address at the time and our mail address switched to the new street address?

It was always Rural Route addresses not street addresses. Most places switched to street addresses for the ambulance service in the 90's. There is still quite a few that just go to the PO to get their mail and don't use a 911 address, especially on their ID. Actually I never had a street address on my ID until I moved 50 feet into MT and needed a street address to buy a gun in ND. I'm not sure the exact reason why some people claim Standing Rock doesn't have street addresses or if the argument is no one uses them so they are usless to have them on their IDs. That being said hundreds and maybe even over a thousand residents in oil country do not use street addresses either, they go to the circus that is the PO to get their mail. If they call 911 the only way to get someone there is to name the "development" they are in.

Everybody has a legal address now. There are no exceptions. However not all use their address to receive mail. But I’m pretty damn certain you aren’t getting ups to deliver to six miles out of town take a left and go two miles then right to a t. Then left half mile and take a right onto our half mile long driveway

We are now 3 weeks out from election day and radio spots are airing more then a few times a day what a person needs to do to get a valid ID if they currently don't have one. I am sure other states are getting the word out as well if they have some type of ID requirement or whatever. I can hear it now from the far left that poor old Johnnie is feeling disenfranchised because he couldn't vote because he didn't have time to get the proper doc's.;:;banghead

What’s sad is they are using the natives to fight against this. I can see it now Heidi looses and she sues because natives were wronged

Watch “Wild Wild Country” on Netflix and you will know why we need this. I could see liberals busing people into Fargo to win elections.

The liberals are against this because they know that non citizens can get these ID's and vote. And they know who they vote for.
