MINOT, N.D. - Minot's Home of Economy Gator Party kicked off Tuesday.
The store started stuffing and then cooking the alligator on a Traeger Wood Fired Grill around 5 p.m.
After a successful party in Grand Forks the local establishment wanted to bring the fun and good food to the Magic City.
"It's kind of a customer appreciation thing. It's fun, there's no charge. There's a lot of, there's enough food, I think, for everybody. Yea, please come down and we'll have a good time," says Scott Pearson, Home of Economy CEO.
The retail store will be cooking the gator all night. Staff planes to have it off the grill by 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and will begin serving samples at noon.
