Yeah, stand by for a few more form 4's!

My kids don't want to shoot anything without a can on it, spoiled bastards.
I bought the multi-cal so I won't be buying another for quite some time.

Just one? Yeah that won't last.

Haha. I'm not made of money man. Buuutttt, it would be nice to have one on the scatter gun for those waterfowl days where everything goes right and the birds are just pouring into the field.

Mine are built and paid for. My form 4 wait should start in a couple days. I better send my two barreled actions to get cut. I opted for 5/8 24 on both my cans.

Not sure if a trust will bypass that bs still, I hope not because that would be ridiculous to do background checks on my 12 and 9 year old boys. I can see a two year wait coming up if it's up to the ATF.

I heard there is a bill sitting in congress to remove them from the naughty list. Anybody else heard that?

Spoke with guys at dakota silencer and the new regulations havent taken effect yet, so you can still get a silencer without submitting fingerprints to the feds. So you might wanna jump on one asap if that is a concern for any of you....

Any reliable resources on how to go about setting up a gun trust? I've looked into it a little bit, but would like to get some more information.

Not a big deal we had to submit fingerprints and photo for CC permit.

Question for all you smartasses. If I buy a silencer and have it held in trust. Can I let my kids and friends use it when Im hunting or at the range, or am I the only person allowed to do anything with it?

As long as you or someone on the trust is hunting with the guy that is using your can you're gtg, I keep miniature form 4's in my wallet all the time for all of my cans and a full size copy of the form 4's in my vehicle along with a copy of the trust. I've been asked to produce the trust while hunting by a Fed warden once and by a state warden once.

I go out with my friends all the time and they use one of my canned weapons and we've never had any issues.

I'm looking at purchasing a suppressor from Dakota Silencer and was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this company or suppressors in general? I'd be putting it on a Winchester Model 70 270. What have you guys seen as far as recoil reduction and sound suppression? Any issues in shooting accuracy? Really just looking for any info you guys have. Thanks!

Hey did ya go through with and purchase a suppressor? What did you go with? Anything else to look out for that hasn't been discussed in this thread?
