I never have seen a piece of my equipment show up in any pawn shop or bismanonline. Insurance covered everything but was a pain to deal with. I guess, since I only had the policy for 3 weeks, they weren't happy about the $10k I was receiving.

BTW, has anyone ever bought an item at a pawn shop? Seems like they want a pretty penny for most things.

Had a client that had her house robbed when she was away. Everything was locked solid - as solid as could be - they broke a window to get in. Insurance paid -- but then dropped her. She never had a claim on her homeowners before.

Found this from a thread on another forum I frequent where a guy just had a pickup stolen and this device was posted as an anti theft device for anything that can be driven.

I was going to get a TrackR for my trailer until I read the reviews. Great idea but it seems to need some refining before it will actually do what they claim.

Update: well the insurance check is in the mail. They basically covered everything at face value minus my deductible. I figured I had around two thousand dollars stolen and they are going to reimburse me for the whole amount. Minus 250 deductible even though my pickup was in my drive way and it was totaled and I didn't have full coverage only liability it was not covered by either policy. Which sucks so the money I get will go towards my next hard water trolling rig. It only shows that there still some good people out there who will go the extra mile for a guy. Which if he wanted he could of made me show receipts for.all my stuff but he took it at what it would of cost to buy it new.
