you'll also see bills or initiated measures to provide up to date maps of owners with current contact info including phone numbers. I think there will be a push to bypass the renter and force all contacts to go directly to the land owner. there will be a continuous effort to end the corporate farming law too if the court doesn't decide it first. Like I said numerous times there will be all kinds of unforeseen circumstances from all this.if this bill passes itll be a giant shit sandwich for everyone. the commercialization will expedite. i would expect to see 1. bills pertaining to hunting road right-of-ways, 2. bills aimed at doing away with gratis tags. and 3.bills that take a closer look at state and local taxes as pertaining to farming. its been a good(not perfect) system for years. why mess with it when the potential for unforseen ramifications for both sides down the road. the excuse of its aimed at the protesters is laughable. they say its for landowner rights. ok, what about the 80
year old widowers right to be left alone? the busy business man/farmer who doesnt have time to be bothered for some damn ducks? how many farmers live in towns or cities and commute? how many times do u want strangers pulling into your upkept but un-inhabited farmsteads?
