Sipping on a crown and coke to help me sleep well. It seemed like a long weekend.

Mountain Dew one liters were 3/$5 at the gas station, so I’m doing the Dew today.
Sold Pepsi in Fargo for many years as a young man, would drink a 6pk minimum a day while doing that job. Cant believe how skinny I was on a Dew and Camel light diet.

Water. The wife and I are attempting to give up pop.
Good luck V - I used to drink 2 Mountain Dews every morning when I got to the office. About 15 years ago traded the Dew for coffee. Still have a Dew once in a great while, but coffee is my morning go to!

I drink about 3 cokes a year even if they are mixed.

A Knob Creek/Sprite 50/50 mix is the perfect drink for me any night of the week.

For special occasions, I'll go with a Blantons, Weller 12, Eagle Rare, or something of that nature, neat of course.

Gave up on pop several years ago, a splash of water in a mixed drink works well.
One cup of coffee a day is about all for caffeine too.

Vodka water with a slice of lime...um um

I was in a waiting room somewhere a while ago and on the daytime TV they were talking about pop and how terrible it is for us. They had a visual of the amount of raw sugar in a 20oz bottle and then they brought out a pallet of some sort of yellow gel that gave a visual to the equivalent amount of body fat that is produced by drinking a 20oz bottle a day for one year. It was insane. Like a literally 4ftx4ft blob of fat. That burned into my memory. Worth a google search and can hopefully help ya get weened off it. I buy the mini can 6 packs and have one maybe once a week when we make popcorn or something.

My cup this morning - coffee, black. The cheap stuff.

Went to Upham last night for supper. Food was excellent and they have these for $20 a case, tax included
